Embedding Business Continuity Management in the Organisations Culture

We will work with you to identify the most effective way of raising awareness of Business Continuity Management from top level management down. This may involve assessing the current organisational culture (or ways of doing things) with the aim of establishing the gaps that need addressing to improve Business Continuity Management sustainability. Campaign development, intranet page creation & competitions are all examples of the types of activities we conduct to assist this important ongoing cyclical process.
