Developing & Implementing a Business Continuity Management Response

Business resumption of suspended key activities (due to an incident) needs to be managed effectively. We will work with you to develop an Incident Response structure where invocation decision processes are put in place, people are trained, and plans are written, such as Business Continuity Plans.

We will develop an Incident Management (Strategic) Plan with you to support your management & implementation of the strategic decisions of the recovery effort. These typically include Communication with stakeholders and Media Management activities within them.

We will develop the core Business Continuity (Tactical) Plan with you to address business disruption. This plan will be developed to assist you in coordinating the recovery, from the point of activity suspension through to resumption.

We will develop Business Resumption (Operational) Plans with you for each functional area. Typically these plans provide information for business functions from the beginning of an incident (where activities are impacted), through the recovery phase and back to full operational functionality. Example Resumption plans include; Property & Facilities, Human Resources, IT, & Treasury.
