Business Impact Analysis

This stage of the Business Continuity Management lifecycle is fundamental in establishing the most effective way of preparing your organisation against business disruption impacts which have the potential to seriously suspend or fatally damage it.

We will conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities to understand the criticality of your business activities & the resulting impact over time if they were disrupted due to a crisis occurring.

As part of the Business Impact Analysis stage, we will also indentify the resource dependencies each activity would require (such as IT & Telephony) for resumption to be achieved following a crisis suspension.
