Voice Alerts, SMS Alerts and Email Alerts with attachments (such as Business Continuity Plans) can be activated effortlessly via the secure user-friendly web interface; ensuring those required for the recovery effort are invoked, directed and kept informed throughout the incident cycle.

Alerts can be activated from any web enabled device; providing you with a truly mobile mass notification solution that is always available to you; whatever the situation.

Voice Alerts

Voice Alerts can be sent to your targeted audiences to provide them with audible instruction or information.

Voice Alerts ensure your information gets through from the ringing of the phone to the relaying of your messages as audible speech.

Voice Alerts are created by simply typing your required messages into the web interface, selecting the voice you like from a number of inbuilt voices and the text-to-speech function does the rest. Alternatively for those who like to personalise their messages; simply upload your voice-recorded messages into the tool and store them for activation on demand.

Each Alerts recipient is able to be reached by Voice Alerts via two mobile phone numbers and two landline numbers simultaneously. Voice Alerts can be activated at the same time as SMS Alerts and Email Alerts as part of your mass notification activities.

Voice Alerts can be activated on demand or as scheduled Alerts automatically activated by the tool on the predetermined dates and times you entered.

When the Disaster Alert tool’s integrated Voicebank service is also selected: Voice Alerts can also be posted to the Voicebank service for retrieval by recipients when it’s convenient to do so.

 

 

SMS Alerts

SMS Alerts of up to 1000 characters in length can be sent to your targeted audiences to provide them with alphanumeric information as required.

SMS Alerts are able to provide lots of information in one message and can be used on their own to provide direction and situational updates, or can be activated simultaneously with Voice Alerts to provide alert recipients with both audible and visual information whilst on the move.

SMS Alerts can be used as a two-way communication method such as when needing to establish the locations and safety of Staff as an example. The nominated Disaster Alert Administrators within the organisation are then able to see real-time SMS replies on the tool’s web interface for every recipient targeted.

SMS Alerts can also be used just to send messages out to target audiences as a one-way communication method for alerting about traffic congestion, temporary schools closures, and severe weather warnings, or for marketing campaigns as examples; where replies are not required.

Email Alerts

Email Alerts can be communicated to targeted audiences with documents attached to provide them with the familiar, specific, critical information they may require.

Email Alerts are the most cost-effective Alert method of communicating with audiences wherever they are able to access them. For Disaster Alert customers they are totally FREE and you are not restricted on how many you send.

Email Alerts can be used on their own, or used with Voice Alerts &/ or SMS Alerts to provide your message recipients with the information they need, in a format they can access, wherever they need it.

By attaching documents to your Email Alerts you are providing your audiences with more than just high-level information or direction: you are providing them with access to detailed levels of information they might normally only be expected to retrieve whilst sat at a desk or workstation.

If your audiences also use smart phones, you are able to provide them with communications and documents that can be accessed, digested, and implemented whilst mobile giving them the ability to operate from any environment at any time.

Each Alerts recipient is able to be reached by two Email addresses simultaneously such as one used for business and one for personal use.
